As the Operations Manager at Chalkline, I’ve had the unique opportunity to witness and influence our company culture firsthand. With over five years under my belt, I’ve seen the incredible growth and evolution of our team dynamics, values, and the overall workplace atmosphere.

One of the core aspects of my role is Human Resources, with a special focus on the onboarding process.
