Hi, I’m Ross, Head of Sales & Account Management at Chalkline. I have worked with Chalkline since its inception and have seen the company grow from strength to strength. Over the years I have helped to improve many of our processes, find new partnerships and build relationships with all our fantastic suppliers, partners, and clients.
I am responsible for developing new business, as well as helping the team to look after our existing clients alongside the account management team. My role includes meeting businesses, understanding their pain points, requirements and with the help of our technical pre-sales team prescribing them with the perfect solutions.
We are dedicated in our approach ensuring all requests are handled correctly and our clients are happy. When a new client is onboarded, we provide training to all staff for any of their new services. Once Business Take On (BTO) is completed, clients will be formally handed over to the Managed Service team who will continue to proactively monitor and support the business.
