Client Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Success Manager to support our fast paced and changing environment.

The role will be an integral part of the Management team, working closely with the Directors to help with escalation handling, vendor management, internal process supervision & project management.

This is a full-time office-based role.

Responsibilities

  • Escalation Management
    o Responding to and handling client complaints and escalations
    o Assisting with team escalations
    o Handling the lifecycle of an escalation – from triage to resolution. Following completion, reviewing to ensure any lessons are learned and any debrief/documentation actions are carried out.
  • Partner Management
    o Building relationships with key contacts with our partners
    o Being the ‘go-to’ person inside the business for when we have questions, major issues or escalations where we need to involve a partner
    o Assisting with commercials as required
  • Team Organisation
    o Where internal, client or partner meetings are required, facilitate where required. This includes booking meetings, planning agendas, taking minutes and monitoring any follow-up actions.
  • Director Support
    o Ad-hoc support to directors as required

 

Requirements

Ideal applicants will have 5+ years’ experience and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Discretion & confidentiality are a must
  • Be proactive and a problem solver
  • Be able to work quickly and multi-task where required
  • Be fully proficient in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills would be a bonus
  • Be interested in technology and learning the business functions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced business
  • Experience in Project Management would be beneficial
  • 5+ years of experience

The role is based in our Head Office in Borehamwood (North London).
