As part of our continuous drive for quality and security, Chalkline is proud to have been certified compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 standard for the delivery of consultancy, design, installation and support of IT systems.

To achieve the certifications, Chalkline’s compliance was validated by an independent auditor after demonstrating an ongoing and methodical approach to our internal processes, managing and protecting company and customer data.

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard for quality management, and ISO 27001 is the equivalent for information security. With today’s ever-increasing demand for information security, ISO 27001 identifies requirements for a wide-ranging Information Security Management System (ISMS) and defines how information should be managed & handled to be considered secure, including appropriate security controls.

The accreditations validate our belief in our continual improvement and helps us demonstrate that quality and security is ingrained into everything we do; from business strategy to day-to-day processes within the company.

With today’s ever increasing demand for information security, ISO 27001 identifies requirements for a wide-ranging Information Security Management System (ISMS), and defines how information should be managed & handled to be considered secure, including appropriate security controls.

It will also enable Chalkline to continually make enhancements to our processes and security implementations. The increased attention will continue to confirm our obligation to meeting customer requirements and improving customer satisfaction through efficiency, quality and security.

At Chalkline we are committed to driving results based on fact, rather than on assumptions, so we can be more fixated on applying resources to the areas that will improve efficiencies.

We have also undertaken the Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditations to further demonstrate the security & resilience of our systems and processes.
